Shoes for Tomorrow is looking for experienced, passionate sales leaders in the action sports sector for TODAY. Ideal independent sales leaders will have the following criteria:

- Minimum 2 years experience in sales managing in the fashion apparel, hard goods or accessory categories.
- Experience in servicing major accounts, energy boutiques, and experience in ACTION SPORTS or FOOTWEAR sales is highly recommended.
- Experience developing and executing meaningful, local promotional in-store programs with action sports accounts.
- Experience seeking and supporting local action sports events with TOMS presence.
- Seeking influential riders and early adopters in the community to serve as ambassadors for the brand.
