Utility Board Shop, in Southern California, is looking to add a store manager to its team.
Store Manager duties include (but are not limited to):
- Opening and closing store following all company procedures
- Ensure that all company policies and procedures are carried out daily
- Training and educating staff to achieve optimum sales and customer service
- Communicating with buying team to assure proper inventory levels
- Meet all payroll, expense, and shrinkage budgets
- Strong customer service skills
- Maintain a high level of organization
- Strong visual merchandising skills
- Ensure that all deposits are done properly and any discrepancies are cleared up with accounting department
- Maintain superior customer service
*** Experience with Retail Pro and/or Mailorder Manager (M.O.M) are highly recommended
** Must have a minimum of 2 years of retail management experience
Other duties include (but are not limited to):
- Ability to create, plan, and execute monthly marketing events at individual store location
- Ensuring that all company policies, and procedures are maintained when Store Manager is not present
- Work along with assistant store managers to ensure that sales staff is well trained, and providing the best customer service possible
