POSITION SUMMARY:

Our company is currently experiencing rapid growth and we are seeking a highly organized and ambitious Product Development Coordinator. This individual will report directly to the VP of Product and is responsible for supporting the Development team, ensuring organization and timely execution of product development initiatives. The ideal candidate has the willingness to learn and passion to grow within the department.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

-- Assist in reviewing product fit and quality control
-- Support design and production of style number creation
-- Assist with the preparation, review and archiving strike off’s and finished samples
-- Support in the review and uploading of design tech packs
-- Update daily status in the development tracker
-- Assist with all misc. projects and support production team to ensure a smooth work flow

Qualifications:

-- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point)
-- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, highly organized and manage time effectively
-- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-- Must have strong attention to detail
-- Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
-- 1-3 years of product development experience
