We’re looking for a Production / Admin Assistant with experience in import logistics to help facilitate receiving and distribution of our product line inventory.
Primary responsibilities include:
-Collating and submitting import and export documentation to customs brokers both locally and for international shipments
- Inputting cut tickets/purchase orders in ERP system and sending them to foreign factories
Essential Requirements:
• Must be familiar with the following programs:-MS Word, Excel, AS400 based environment
• Minimum of 3 years import and logistics experience
•Excellent management, organization and communication skills
• Basic understanding of textiles and HTS codes
