Elwood Clothing is seeking a highly experienced and self motivated individual to manage men's apparel production.

Key responsibilities include:

- Establish & Maintain relationships with all vendors producing Elwood goods through daily communication.

- Communicate with vendors regarding all production related issues.

- Negotiate pricing to maintain margin.

- Oversee cooperation of fabric mills, trim producers and lead vendors.

- Prioritize and manage timelines, review and maintain production status reports, troubleshoot delays and production issues.

- Build purchase orders, process invoices and reconcile recievers.

- Communicate with international QC team to confirm quality and compliance.

- Establish freight agreements for air and sea deliveries to the US and to internatinal distributors.

- Interpret, analyze and manipulate large amounts of data for reporting to cross functaional team members.

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience in production planning/development.

- Experience with international and domestic manufacturing.

- Knowledge of logistics in international distrubtion a plus.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail is 100% necessary.

- Flexible with daily worktimes to enable communication in global time zones.

- Working knowledge of AIMS (apparel inventory management software) is preferred.
