ROLE PURPOSE
Provide industry leading services and experiences to Teams, Leagues, Clubs & Federations and our Nike sponsored athletes
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
The point of contact for external partners and Field Reps to fulfill team and athlete service needs.Inclusive of setting up new accounts, managing product orders, forecasting product needs, placing product buys, analyzing buys to determine future action, looking for trends to inform our buys, tracking inventory, on-time deliveries and assisting teams in managing their allotments, all while ensuring that on-court/field product reflects NIKE business strategies.Manage communication to teams with key dates, inventory needs and deadlines to ensure we provide world class service. As a product expert for several key events, you will be responsible for assisting and communicating through the related product assortment, event planning and partnership management processes during the events. Elevate our overall service by being an exceptional teammate, building strong knowledge of our products, working closely with various cross-functional partners, proactively seeking out ways to implement best practices, and solving problems quickly and efficiently. Essential to your success will be a superior organizational ability, high-level verbal and written communication skills, and the capacity to build deep and meaningful partnerships. Manage and prioritize numerous projects concurrently.
