DISPLAYIT INC is looking for a Project Manager to join the team in Irvine, CA.
POSITION SUMMARY //
This position is primarily responsible for focusing on managing and overseeing signed projects by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES //
• Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Obtains and provides decisions on behalf of client and Account Managers.
• Follows up with Customer/ Account Managers that all goods are delivered/installed as expected.
• Provides superior customer service, communication reflective of the Displayit company culture and industry reputation.
• Maintains project status in company database/project folders according to company guidelines.
• Provides project reporting and status info to Account Manager
• Partners with Engineers for all facets of a build through completion (quality checks, timelines, changes, expectations.)
• Partners with lead builders for all facets of a build through completion (quality checks, timelines, changes, expectations.)
• Establishes and communicates customer expectations.
ACCOUNTABILITY //
• Is responsible for managing of assigned projects and deliver finished goods to exceed expectations. Reporting to
