SUMMARY OF DIVISION:
Since its creation in 1993, the group of companies that comprise Marc Ecko Enterprises has grown to include: *ecko unltd.® men's and Red by Marc Ecko® juniors apparel, as well as outerwear, footwear, watches, eyewear, belts, bags, and more.
Marc Ecko Enterprises also includes Marc Ecko “Cut & Sew” (a contemporary menswear line launched Fall 2004) G-Unit® clothing and accessories (a joint venture with multi-platinum musician, 50 Cent) Zoo York® (a line of action sports-inspired clothing and accessories) and Avirex® (launched Spring 2005).
The Company also publishes Complex® magazine, a men’s consumer magazine with a rate base of 335,000 and Marc Ecko Entertainment, a full-service production company, with a focus on interactive entertainment. *ecko unltd. products are available in over 5,000 stores domestically and in over 60 countries internationally, as well as through over 40 of its own retail stores across the country.

Marc Ecko Enterprises is currently seeking creative, talented, and dedicated graphic designers for their Zoo York division. Previous experience or knowledge is apparel design is preferred.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF ROLE:
• The graphic designer will work within the division to create a trend-right look that depicts the youthful urban lifestyle that the Marc Ecko brands portray.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY INCLUDE:
• Create graphic tee-shirts, embroideries, packaging, trims, textile repeats and color ways in a very fast and deadline oriented environment
• Produce tech-packs and manage t-shirt development
• Assist merchandiser and apparel designer in developing collection
QUALIFICATIONS FOR POSITION:
• Strong portfolio that has involved Youth Culture, Fashion, Music or Sports
• Ability to present and visualize ideas from briefing to finalization of concept
• Well Organized and ability to work to a set calendar
• Able to scan images and compile back-up data for storage
• Manage tight deadlines and demanding environments
• Proficiency in Photoshop CS and Illustrator CS
