Department: Raw MaterialsReports to: Senior Data Analyst, Raw MaterialsLocation: North Vancouver, BC Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:As a Raw Materials Data Analyst, you will be providing the Raw Materials team with the clear and actionable data they need to make informed decisions.  You will spot the trends in the data that drive sourcing strategies. This is an opportunity to grow with the new Raw Materials Sourcing team.  You will be primarily focused on supporting the RM Sourcing and Supply Planning, and Color Operations teams.  Meet Your Future Team:The Raw Materials Sourcing team is part of the Raw Materials organization and includes the Raw Materials Supply Planning team.  The team partners closely with finished goods Sourcing and Supply Planning, and our new Asia Liaison Office teams to grow our business and create a world class supply chain.Other teams you will work closely with include Raw Materials Development, Product Development, Design, Quality, Compliance, Merchandising, Merchandise Planning, Global Planning, Product Operations, to name a few.  Your priority is to ensure that our Tier 2 supply chain can deliver on all seasonal commercialization requirements, while anticipating the future needs of the business.If you were the Raw Materials Data Analyst now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:! Fielding, analyzing and reporting data on seasonal materials forecast, capacity, inventory and delivery.! Supporting tooling and reporting creation and maintenance requirements for Raw Materials Sourcing and Supply Planning GTM operations.! Collaborating on systems and tooling special projects, representing Raw Materials in line with priorities and guidance from the Senior Data Analyst, Raw Materials; and Director, Raw Materials Sourcing.! Developing use of data and KPIs to drive cohesive visibility and understanding of T2 Supply Planning and Sourcing performance and management.! Collaborating with Supply Chain partners, including ALO to streamline communication and exchange of information.! Working with IT teams on data integration projects to improve reporting and empower T2 suppliers to self input and report.! Working to automate manual processes to improve accuracy and efficiency.Here’s what you could be working on in the future:! Employing AI to generate real time intelligence and provide actionable recommendations.! Exploring opportunities in blockchain to enable traceability and authenticity.  Are you our next Raw Materials Data Analyst? ! You have 2+ years of product commercialization or supply chain experience.! You have robust experience with data analytics, and you can leverage data to inform effective decision making within teams.! You have an appetite for crunching data and understand the advantage it represents to an organization.! You understand the downstream impact of the decisions that are made in Raw Materials Sourcing.! You are a wizard with Microsoft Excel and Power Query, have working familiarity with PLM and ERP systems, and are a quick learner of new platforms.! You have working proficiency with Power BI or other visualization tools; and languages M, DAX, VBA and/or Python.! You have general understanding of raw materials supply chains and supply chain management.! Employing cutting edge technologies such as machine learning and blockchain traceability as a means to build a resilient supply chain is exciting to you.! You have strong people leadership and mentoring experience.! You inspire creative thinking and continuous improvement.!
