Develop and implement digital strategies that align with the Resort's brand identity and provide an integrated, relevant & engaging online experience to strengthen customer relationships and build customer loyalty.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Web Site/eCommerce site
„X Manage development and maintenance of web site including designing, writing copy, and optimizing navigation, graphics, multimedia within the site.
„X Ensure website has accurate/current information and follows website style guide for a consistent and uniformed look/feel.
„X Responsible for on-going site development, including implementation of new/updated functions and applications.
„X Optimize ecommerce site for an intuitive and friendly user experience that results in measurable improvements in conversion and revenue

SEO
„X Ensure website copy and meta data are fully optimized to maximize traffic from search engines
„X Assist in SEO efforts including keyword research, site audits, page- and site-level optimization, link building, and competitive assessment.

Email Marketing
„X Effectively manage and execute email marketing campaigns from design, content creation, layout to send and reporting
„X Drive overall email capture initiatives to significantly grow customer email list and opt-ins
„X Identify, test and implement new opportunities to improve conversion, increase revenue and customer satisfaction
„X Maintain email best practices including browser/client compatibility, appearance of subject lines, use of images etc.
„X Develop and execute online guest surveys to gain valid statistical insight on strategies and programs.

Online Advertising/SEM
„X Work with media agency to develop and execute free, paid, and viral online marketing strategy to drive traffic to site and generate leads


Analytics
„X Utilize web analytics to gain actionable, real-time data and insights across multiple channels and devices that will help improve the effectiveness of online marketing campaigns and maximize ROI

Social Marketing
„X Manage Resort's presence on the various social network sites, enhance fan interactivity/engagement, and grow/nurture online communities.
„X Measure the impact of social media programs and analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize result.
„X Work with Communications Manager to ensure excellent customer service by addressing questions, concerns and comments in a timely fashion and taking the initiative to go the extra mile

Mobile Marketing
„X Manage Resort's mobile marketing efforts including the maintaining mobile web site content, executing text message strategies and implementing the roll-out of mobile app solution for the Resort.

„X Digital graphic design skills.
„X Experience with HTML and Content Management Systems.
„X Email platform and lifecycle marketing experience.

„X Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to think conceptually, strategically and creatively.
„X Self directed. Able to create plans, execute, and achieve results with little specific direction.
„X Strong marketing understanding and excellent analytical skills.
„X Familiarity with web analytics systems
„X Familiarity with online media, search, and/or ecommerce

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) from four-year college or university or Master's degree and three - five years of interactive marketing experience.
