Stratton Mountain is currently seeking a motivated and positive Group Sales Agent.
General responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Soliciting new ski & golf day group business by means of telephone and ski & golf shows
- Being the resort point person for day group leaders, coordinating all aspects of day groups' experience at the resort
- Entering into Breeze all successful cold calls, updating old accounts, working in conjunction with the Group Sales Department to book ski and golf day groups, order group lift tickets, food vouchers, block all tee-times
- Greet day & overnight motor coaches on arrival and collect payment.
Those interested in this job should have at least a high school diploma and two years experience in either front office or a sales and marketing department.
They should be able to handle customer complaints without assistance and solve their problems in an efficient and professional manner.
Applicants should have a well groomed appearance and a professional attitude.
Attention to detail and organizational skills are of the utmost importance.
Must have good time management and prioritization skills and be excellent multi-taskers.
