Sales Support Administrator I
Top Heavy Clothing is looking for an enthusiastic and detail oriented Sales Support Administrator I with the following qualifications:
Computer literacy: Email (Outlook preferred), Word, Excel, Access and familiarity with E-Commerce systems such as EDI and experience with an ERP system/ERP environment
Understanding of UPC’s, package markings (GTIN), ticketing requirements, hanger requirements, inner/outer packs, sub items, etc
Extremely detail oriented and organized.
Good phone communication skills, to serve as phone system operator
We need someone who can follow procedures on error resolution, including contacting Account Executives as specified.
Ability to compare and analyze final incoming purchase orders match details from sales order process and item setup.
Confidence to generate work/purchase orders after gathering details from the sale team.
Knows questions are routine for a healthy company and will seek clarification to make sure all sales orders are processed as our customer’s request.
Education/Experience: Background in customer service or accounting, with garment industry a +. High school diploma plus 1-2 years in Sales Support Administration Experience, some college preferred. Prior work experience should include data entry, meticulous attention to detail, purchase order validation, phone contact with customers.
