Support and coordinate Guide gear testing in the field. Act as primary contact and liaison with the Guide teams.
Core Accountabilities:
• Support the Guide teams and act as their primary contact for wear testing products, calendaring and general communication
• Ensure prompt and accurate delivery of products to Guide teams
• Develop and maintain internal tracking system to coordinate wear testing details: product requirements, target delivery dates, status, key internal/external contacts, etc.
• Build the tracking system based on input from cross functional partners - Marketing, Public Relations, Merchandising, Design and Global Sourcing
• Actively manage the tracking system to report status changes and updates with cross functional partners
• Manage wear testing feedback/content from Guides. Work closely with Public Relations to translate and post on interactive media (First Ascent Blog, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
• Manage the "Be First" sponsorship product requests. Work closely with Marketing and Public Relations to ensure needs of participants are met and delivered on time.
• Participate in Guide program planning discussions to ensure thorough and accurate details are identified and managed upfront
• Communicate and follow-up appropriately to ensure deadlines are met and on time delivery is accomplished
• Build effective internal and external partnerships and actively promote cross-functional collaboration to insure business goals are achieved
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills being able to navigate cross functional needs with Guide Team requirements
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Education/Experience Required:
• 4 years college degree
• 5-7 years experience in retail logistics or product development/planning
• Exceptionally strong problem solving and organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
