SALES OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
We are looking for an experienced, passionate Sales Operations Coordinator to join the Boardriders Sales Team! You will work collaboratively with the Sales team to provide the highest level of service to sales management, sales representatives, and wholesale customers to achieve company sales goals. As a Sales Operations Coordinator, your mission is to deliver Boardriders products in-full and on-time to a group of assigned key accounts.
 
 
The Challenge
In this key role, you will be the liaison between the customers, sales management, sales representatives and key retail partners. You’ll maximize customer satisfaction through anticipating and preventing issues, data entry for manual orders, order maintenance, order status updates, and ad-hoc reporting. To reach our replenishment goals, you will build sales tools and provide product recommendations based on ATP (Inventory Available-To-Promise). To be ultimately successful in this role you will need to maintain an in-depth knowledge of all customer EDI, VAS, and compliance requirements.

Who are we looking for? 
To be successful in this role you will have:
Experience in a retail/customer service environment – ideally 3+ years
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and MS Excel
Experience with EDI, SAP and SalesForce.com would be preferred
The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional negotiation and influencing skills
An organized and detail orientated approach to work
A passion for our brands and what they represent to our customers
