We are looking for full-time sales professional(s) to join our team at our headquarters in Santa Ana, CA. The candidate must have excellent organizational skills as well as superior verbal and written communication skills. Candidate(s) will report to VP of Sales & Merchandising and work alongside existing team of sales reps.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Key Account Sales Professional is responsible for driving sales growth throughout our various distribution channels, including but not limited to: Sporting goods stores, gyms, studios, department stores, national chain stores, spas, resorts, health clubs, and subscription retailers.
The Sales Professional will also:
- Manage and maintain relationships with our existing accounts. Build new accounts through prospecting, marketing and attending trade shows.
- Set and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
- Work closely with VP of Sales to manage Available-to-Sell reports to maximize sales
- Attend tradeshows as needed, to support current accounts and acquire new key accounts
- Establish new relationships and open new key accounts
- Attain knowledge of Glyder's history and mission as a brand, and successfully communicate this message to all current and prospective accounts
- Make effective and persuasive presentations to large and small customers
- Evaluate Glyder's performance with current retailers to understand sales, and to plan appropriately for upcoming seasons.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to work in-office at Glyder headquarters in Santa Ana, Calif.
- Extensive experience in apparel sales and more specifically, active lifestyle apparel, will be highly regarded
- Demonstrate understanding of basic retail math and analytics
- Demonstrate ability to build strategic business partnerships
- Exceptional organizational skills and follow-through
- Strong understanding of Excel, sales analysis, reporting, and forecasting required
- Travel is required.
