Responsibilities:
• Partners closely with the Merchandising / Product Development Manager.
• Assists in the information flow between Merchandising / Product Development department, Design, and Production.
• Responsible for the generation and accuracy of BOM’s.
• Assists in the coordination of CAD Link, moving, updating, all CAD’s / CAD Link Style Info for specific deliveries, capsules, and collections.
• Coordinates the printing out of CAD’s for all Printables for Capsule Releases and Costing.
• Organize and maintains all new body development for Capsule Releases. Reviewing WIP Reports, and updating ETA/Deliveries.
• Organize and maintains all stock bodies for Capsule Releases. Reviewing Stock Inventory Reports, and updating accordingly.
• Oversees the updating of new body development & washes going into CAD Link – Takes photos and creates CAD’s accordingly.
• Creates Line Sheets & PDF Files for all Capsule Releases, Collections, as well as any specific retailer needs/appointments.
• Assists in the organization of Presentation Materials for all Markets, Trade Shows, and specific retailer appointments.
• Miscellaneous administrative tasks.


Required Skills and Ability:
• Outstanding organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate between departments.
• High degree of flexibility and able to take initiative.
• Ability to prioritize projects and handle multiple tasks.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop a plus.


Education/Training:
• Degree in Fashion, Business, or a related field preferred.
