The Supply Accessories team in Huntington Beach, California is growing! We are a global player in the headwear and travel accessories industry developing product for brands such as Hurley and Brookstone.
We are looking for a part-time Sample/Office Coordinator to join our team at our ocean front office to assist the Design and Sales team. This highly detailed candidate will also manage the upkeep of the office cleanliness, organization and prepare the showroom as needed.
Part Time in office: Monday - Thursday 9am-3pm.
Annual Salary: 30k
Responsibilities:
Samples - Design / Sales
• Manage sample send outs to retail accounts, sales team and product photographer by season.
• Maintain and organize showroom with collections arranged by relevant season.
• Prepare samples for photoshoots.
• Work closely with product developer to maintain and keep sample storage organized while keeping current inventory report.
• Assist with product image layout requests for b2b as needed.
Samples - Brand Management
• Manage and track sample send outs of PP and TOPS to licensor brand management team for approval.
• Assist with product approval process by filling out necessary forms and submitting to licensor.
• Assist with seasonal sample gifting, packing and readying all shipments with high attention to detail.
Additional Responsibilities
• Maintain the Office - clean and organize.
• Prepare showroom as directed for meetings while keeping drinks and snacks in stock.
• Other Duties assigned.
Education and Experience
• 1-2 years relevant work experience in an office environment.
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Adobe Acrobat, Excel and Power Point).
• Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus but not required.

While performing the duties of this job, you may be regularly required to lift and or move up to 30 pounds.
