Spy Optic is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer who will play a leadership role in the execution of key design department initiatives including retailer support projects, print catalogs, postcards, newsletters, and point-of-purchase initiatives. This position will be responsible for supervising projects from the initial stages of creative conceptualization through final pre-press and production stages. Qualified candidates must be team players and willing to work within a collaborative team-atmosphere.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with our design team on innovative branding directions
Plan and execute all design projects
Complete an organized design calendar for assignments
Assist Art Director in organizing the Art Department for future growth

Qualifications:
3-5 years of graphic design experience plus graphic design degree
Must be detail-oriented, well organized and able to thrive in deadline-driven environment
Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Action-sport experience [surf, skate, snowboard, motocross] preferred
Direct experience with branding and graphic design in an action sports environment
Passion for progressive, youth-driven design
Direct experience in executing dynamic design projects from conception through execution including experience in production
Team player and ability to work in a close, collaborative, team-setting.
