MotoSport Gearhead:Â Passionate and driven individuals that have a love of powersports who want to provide an amazing ride experience for our customers
We have an excellent opportunity for experienced powersport enthusiasts to join our team. This is primarily an in-bound contact/call center environment. Responsibilities include taking customer orders, verifying shipment information, up-selling and cross-selling products, resolution of customer issues and concerns, escalation of system and website problems. You may also be required to process inbound customer email and chat sessions as well as make outbound follow-up calls.Â
CLASS START DATE:Â Tuesday, September 5, 2023
PAY:Â $17.50 per hour
TRAINING REQUIREMENTS: September 5th â?? 15th, Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm (Pacific Time Zone) - training is, of course, paid. The third week of training is a nesting week, and we would prefer you still work the training schedule, but there is more flexibility in the third week
LOCATION:Â Â Work from home, wired internet required, this is not a role you can work from a van or while on trips.

  ABOUT THE JOB:Â
Actively participate in problem solving for the customer, department, and companyÂ
Maintain a professional attitude and delight the customerÂ
Adhere to the Contact Center attendance and call-in policiesÂ
Assist customers with navigating our web sites, including product filters, policy pages and other self-service features
Solve all problems with a customer-first mentality and out of the box thinking when required
Answer inbound calls and online chats
Make outbound calls

ABOUT YOU:
A high level of Dirt Bike, ATV/UTV and/or Street Bike product knowledge requiredÂ
Demonstrated ability to educate customers in order to satisfy their individual needs and ensure correct fit for make/model of their equipmentÂ
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of six months customer service/sales experience in any industry is preferred
Solid skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Exchange etc.)
Strong Communication skills (Verbal and Written)
Strong ability to multitask
Proactive mindset and creative problem-solving skills
Strong Time Management ability
Ability to type 30+ WPM
Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
Ability to use active listening to identify customer needs, concerns, and complaints
Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and written required
Able to work efficiently and effectively within multiple channels of inquiries
Basic computer operating skills

SEASONAL POSITION INFORMATION:  This is a seasonal position, the length of seasonal employment is dependent on business demand and typically runs 3-6 months, however, a minimum timeframe cannot be guaranteed.  Yes!
