<p><b>POSITION SUMMARY: </b>The Senior Coordinator, Fashion Office supports in upholding the image of Calvin Klein brands through the selection of product and styling for advertising campaigns and supplemental shoots as needed. Liaising between design, marketing, merchandising and creative, the Senior Coordinator is responsible for seasonal sample coordination for photoshoots and working closely with all teams to ensure that product is captured correctly.</p><p></p><p><b>PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:</b></p><ul><li>Schedule, attend and manage the documentation of product reviews for advertising campaigns, lookbooks and additional shoots as needed by marketing</li></ul><ul><li>Anticipate seasonal timelines, product ordering due dates, and market week schedules to ensure projects are moving on schedule</li><li>Compile and review all of the marketing decks, buys, orders, gazettes, shotlists, creative concepts and briefs for the season</li><li>Maintain a strong and communicative relationship with the CMO department, licensees and global partners</li><li>Manage the organization of fittings and wardrobe areas at style outs and on set</li><li>Prep style outs and make sure all product pulls for shoot are accurate, buy information is readily available, product is organized and clearly labeled</li><li>Manage / pull any styling needs for shoots and provide a robust selection of options for the stylist and sizing as needed</li><li>Research and maintain a master list of experienced and emerging stylists, be familiar with fashion photographers, runway shows, and propose options to Fashion Directors</li><li>Know the brand DNA and have a point of view on styling direction</li><li>Review creative concepts and model selections with FO Fashion Directors</li><li>Manage and review style out set ups with Fashion Directors</li><li>Plan all set up needs required for style outs and fittings</li><li>Create looks decks (using InDesign and Keynote) for Marketing and Creative to be shared following style outs and shoots</li><li>Review / edit looks with the stylist to ensure all key pieces are captured</li><li>Work well with the on-set team managing, setting up and organizing the product in the photo studio</li><li>Be present on set, and style outs, be able to speak to stylists and art directors about product call outs and design attributes</li><li>Research and pull references for direction on hair and make-up for approvals</li><li>Participate in the review of images / proofs, make necessary retouch notes, ensure product is being properly represented and communicate changes to the post-production team</li><li>Communicate with Marketing, Project Management, Visual and PR regarding final product shot on set</li><li>Manage the Fashion Office closets and restocking</li><li>Help manage the Fashion Assistants / freelancers to execute all of the above</li></ul><p></p><p><b>QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:</b></p><p></p><p><b>Experience</b>: <span>2-4 years of experience with fashion shoots (campaign level preferred).
