We are actively searching for a Senior Director, Consumer Technology to lead the digital transformation of our consumer platforms and ensuring consistent omni-channel integration and processes. This role will be responsible for leading our platforms strategy for eCommerce, Retail Stores, Customer Experience, and Sales. As a member of the Technology leadership team, they will contribute to the development and execution of the enterprise-wide Technology strategy and ensure its alignment with the enterprise's business strategy and the delivery of capabilities required to achieve business success.

Responsibilities:
Develop the consumer technology strategy and roadmap, and ensure its integration with the overall IT/enterprise strategic plans
Lead the design, development, operation, and support of consumer technology platforms, which includes eCommerce, Retail Stores, Customer Experience, and Sales
Develop and maintain platform sourcing strategy and provide strategic oversight for vendor/partner relationship management
Responsible for daily operations of Cloud infrastructure and development
Identify business process and practices that can be improved and develop service improvement plans that achieve these results
Manage all consumer technology related projects using rigor, planning, and risk-proof deliverables to ensure that adverse outcomes are minimized
Drive the development and implementation of consumer technology standards, governance processes and performance metrics to ensure IT delivers value to the enterprise
Develop and maintain short- and long-term budgetary projections and plans for the consumer technology activities and ensure its consistency with overall company objectives and plan
Champion consumer technology innovation efforts and its role in experimenting with new solutions to take advantage of business opportunities
Provides direction on what emerging technologies should be assimilated, integrated, and introduced to ensure improvement in performancedisaster recovery tests
Manage communication across the organization, to ensure effective collection and dissemination of information regarding consumer technology initiatives
Qualifications and Attributes:
Bachelors Degree in IT, Computer Science or related degree. Masters Degree preferred.
At least 12 years of IT experience in roles with increasing levels of leadership responsibilities
Extensive background in consumer technology transformations for a global company
Strong experience architecting and optimizing Consumer Technologies eCommerce (SFCC, Shopify, Hybris), Retail/POS solutions, Marketing technologies (Salesforce, Liquid, Braze) and Data Warehousing/Analytics services (GCP Big Query, Tableau, AI/ML)
Expertise in modern cloud IT Infrastructure solutioning Azure, Microsoft 365, ITSM (ServiceNow), Google Cloud, etc.
Experience working within corporate environments that are experiencing massive growth and global expansion, including scaling and integrating consumer technology platforms
Ability to create a consumer technology roadmap that will enable current and future business needs
Consumer product and retail industry experience required
Passion for building outstanding teams and creating an environment where individuals can do their best work
Executive presence and the ability to effectively communicate across varying audiences
Strong business and commercial acumen

Onsite: Role requires you to be onsite full-time.
Hybrid: Role requires you to be located in Austin, Texas and is a mixture of onsite and remote.
Remote: Role is full-time remote.
