The Senior Executive Assistant (EA) will report to our Chief Commercial Officer and will support all day-to-day administrative projects and requests. The ideal candidate is a self-starter that possesses an exceptional work ethic with the ability to succeed in an unstructured work environment, demonstrate good judgment, take ownership of their work, and manage multiple workstreams in a highly dynamic environment. Lastly, and most importantly, the ideal candidate will have a high degree of sophistication when it comes to handling confidential information. This position will require to be onsite in Austin, TX.

Responsibilities:
Provide executive support that includes complex calendaring and meeting coordination while managing multiple workstreams in a highly dynamic environment
Work directly with the CEOs office, members of the Commercial Leadership team, Senior Leadership Team members and board members on a variety of deliverables
Ability to collate data and information and create/edit advanced PowerPoint presentations
Anticipate work needed to meet critical deadlines effectively, prioritize initiatives, stakeholders and workstreams within an environment where priorities change frequently
Prepare daily schedule as well as creating checklists and follow up items
Manage Interoffice coordination and communication between all departments
Manage expense approvals, vendor invoices and team building event
Coordinate, manage and execute various ad-hoc projects
Qualifications and Attributes:
Bachelors degree preferred
At least 6 years of experience as an EA supporting senior level executives, ideally within a publicly traded corporation
Excellent relationship skills with the ability to work cross-functionally across the organization
Polished, savvy, and nimble with high attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects within a highly dynamic environment
Self-starter who can anticipate downstream deliverables and manage multiple tasks and requests
Exceptional writing, interpersonal and communication skills
Takes pride in your work and demonstrates holistic ownership around support and management of executives business
Demonstrates exceptional skills in handling confidential and sensitive material
Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail
Thorough and tenacious, determined to find answers
Spur of the moment trouble shooting capabilities
Passionate about getting things done quickly and accurately
Resourceful and always maintain a positive, can-do attitude
High level of proficiency in Outlook and all Microsoft products
Position based onsite at our headquarters office off Southwest Parkway, Austin, TX.
US Workplace Approach:
Onsite: Role requires you to be onsite full-time.
Hybrid: Role requires you to be located in Austin, Texas and is a mixture of onsite and remote.
Remote: Role is full-time remote.
