The Rome Snowboard Design Syndicate is looking for a highly creative graphic designer to produce powerful, on-brand advertising material for print and web. The candidate will need to possess substantial experience in layout and production methods associated with these projects. As well as experience and knowledge, the candidate should have passionfor graphic design for print layout, web layout and typography.

The candidate will be responsible for designing Rome’s marketing materials. In this role, the candidate will be an integral member of Rome’s creative team and work closely with the other designers and the company’s Marketing Director.

The ability to work under pressure and manage multiple assignments at the same time is a must. Furthermore, the candidate must be organized and detail-oriented.

Qualification Requirements: Qualified candidates must possess the following:

• A Minimum of 3 to 5 years work experience as a Graphic Designer focused on print and/or web
• Bachelors of Fine Arts in Graphic Design
• Advanced fluency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Thorough knowledge of design, typography and color theory
• Awareness of emerging design trends

The candidate will specifically be responsible for designing (among other things):

• Consumer and Dealer print catalogs
• Magazine advertisements
• Website layout and organization
• Internet marketing content
• Product packaging materials
• Miscellaneous pieces like select POP, stickers, posters, etc.
