Dickies EMEA is looking for an exceptional Senior Manager, Digital Strategic Accounts to join our Dickies team based in Stabio, Switzerland.

Let’s Talk about the Role

The Senior Manager, Digital Strategic Accounts role is an exciting opportunity to shape the Brand future in the digital marketplace. The role has the ultimate end responsibility for achieving all the key strategic goals and reports directly into the General Manager Dickies EMEA.The Senior Manager, Digital Strategic Accounts is the account lead and ultimately responsible to ensure all opportunities in the area of sales, marketing, product and operations are heard and quantified. The primary goal is to ensure that all seasonal and yearly quantitative and qualitative objectives are met and aligned to the overall EMEA/country strategy.

How You Will Make a Difference
! Develop and build strong strategic partnerships with our digital strategic accounts.
! Lead a retail centric business operating model, from pre-season to in-season management grounded in retail KPI’s
! Own & lead the strategic account plan, ensure complete execution, and align seasonal initiatives to the overall EMEA GTM strategy.
! Lead in the development and implementation of account specific strategic plan’s. From seasonal tactical plans to 3 year strategic plans.
! Ensure depth in market knowledge, commercial & merchandising performance & marketing ROI, in order to establish seasonal strategies and quantify the key opportunities for growth and deeper consumer connectivity.
! Full ownership to manage the performance of the defined assortment, working closely with a cross-functional team dedicated to the Zalando Partner Program business.
! With strong leadership character lead a internal & external cross functional team against our strategic choices for our digital strategic accounts.
! Master the commercial fundamentals and operational process to ensure the brand performs with highest agility and speed to the Dickies consumer.
! Consumer centric driven where the brand’s product creation capabilities holds strategic importance in your seasonal GTM process.
! Drive the business, implement, and nurture profitability, in line with key metrics and Brand guidelines
! Drive all steps of the seasonal ‘Go to Market’ process with the support of a cross functional team.
! Establish and maintain close contact with the management and all key decision makers or influencers within the Account.
! Drive the assortment planning and segmentation process within the defined distribution policy with the account, to ensure market differentiation, in order to build the base for future sustainable profitable growth.
! Have strength and precision in merchandising financial planning to ensure commercial goals is projected through scientific bottom up and top down planning.

Skills for Success
! Education; Bachelors degree, Master would be an advantage
! Minimum of 5 years working experience in sales, with a minimum of 3 years Strategic Key Account Management within digital business
! Strong holistic view of business and have proven experience of working cross functionally. Experience in merchandising or marketing alongside a strong commercial background is an advantage.
! Shown strong influencing skill to work across a complex matrix organization
! Strong insight and experience of the current digital marketplace in lifestyle and fashion brands.
! Ability to work at a strategic level within the account but at the same time manage the detail and operations.
! Strong relationship, management and negotiation skills
! Strategic and analytical mind-set
! Reporting tools knowledge: Zalando Co Planner & Amazon Vendor Central understanding
! Ability to prioritize and plan. Innovation and business model optimization focused.
! Team player
