<p><span class="emphasis-3"><b>ABOUT THNY CREATIVE STUDIO:</b></span></p><p></p><p>The THNA Creative Studio is a full-service, in-house integrated creative agency, supporting marketing and communications initiatives for Tommy Hilfiger, The Americas.</p><p>The Studio Team is responsible for managing all areas of photo/video production, retouching, digital and print production to deliver a coherent and consistent visually branded message across all marketing channels. Marketing channels include, but are not limited to, direct to consumer, email marketing, point of sale, e-commerce, wholesale, social media, influencer marketing, advertising, public relations and events.</p><p></p><p><span class="emphasis-3"><b>ABOUT POSITION</b><b>:</b></span></p><p></p><p>The PDP Studio Senior Manager will lead the team that is responsible for all aspects related to the planning, production and execution of Tommy Hilfiger North America Product Detail Page (PDP) imagery for both tommy.com and wholesale partner sites. This role will be relied upon as the go-to person who can effectively oversee the full creative and shoot production workflow. The ideal candidate for this position will have strong project management and leadership skills as well as extensive experience in the production of E-Commerce imagery.</p><p></p><p></p><p><span class="emphasis-3"><b>RESPONSIBILITIES:</b></span></p><p></p><ul><li>Oversee all aspects of PDP image creation amongst internal Creative Studio, E-Commerce, Wholesale and External Photo Studio teams including but not limited to: Brief intake/review, seasonal timeline management, resource planning, seasonal budget projections, management of skateholder expectations, talent and crew selection, styling, select approvals, imagery post-production,vendor management, ensuring quality-control and issue resolution/escalation</li><li>Set and optimize internal and external vendor processes that maintain efficiency and responsiveness to all PDP initiatives while considering internal rescources and budgets</li><li>Owns relationship with external Photo Studio including negotiations and workflow management</li><li>Manages talent for seasonal model castings and photoshoots including hiring of Models, Photographers, Hair & Make-up Artists and Stylists</li><li>Partner with Art Directors, Stylists and Shoot Producers to ensure all necessary casting, styling and select approvals are obtained from management for each shoot</li><li>Liaise with Global Creative and PVH Studio teams to stay abreast of any modifications to PDP styling and photography guidelines, ensuring North America needs are considered</li><li>Facilitate team status meetings and cross-functional meetigns as appropriate</li><li>Strong project management skills with the ability to effectively plan timelines, build budgets and implement clear efficient project workflows</li><li>Knowledge of lighting and digital photography workflow</li><li>Ability to motivate and lead both direct and indirect reports</li><li>Coach, mentor and develop direct reports, including overseeing new employee onboarding and providing career development planning and opportunities</li><li>Confidence and ability to manage upwards and interact with various levels of senior management</li></ul><p></p><p><span class="emphasis-3"><b>SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:</b></span></p><p></p><p><span>Direct:</span> Producers, Art Directors</p><p></p><p><span>Indirect:</span> Photographers, Photo Studios, Talent Agencies, Sample Coordinator, Stylists, Styling Assistants, Hair and Makeup Teams, Post-Produciton Vendors, Internal Stakeholders, Assist in on-boarding of freelance or new employees, shoot crew or new vendors</p><p></p><p></p><p><span class="emphasis-3"><b>BUDGETARY RESPONSIBILITIES:</b></span></p><p></p><ul><li>Works with Photo Studio and E-Commerce/Wholesale teams to establish project budgets based on project scope, crew/talent requirements and negotiated rates</li><li>Negotiates ad hoc project needs to applicable vendors</li><li>Communicates cost estimates to teams ensuring projects stay within agreed upon budgets and escalates potential overages</li><li>Estimate/Invoice management; reconciling vendor invoices to estimates; distributing approved invoices to the E-commerce teams</li></ul><p></p><p><span class="emphasis-3"><b>DECISION MAKING</b>:</span></p><p></p><ul><li><span>Determines appropriate shoot crew, talent and image selects in partnership with Senior Director, Art Director and senior leadership</span></li><li><span>Prioritizes PDP Studio team workload based on project schedules and business importance</span></li><li><span>Recommends and continually updates procedures to improve operational efficiency</span></li><li><span>Makes hiring decisions independently on freelance</span></li><li><span>Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects with composure and adherence to deadline</span></li><li><span>Must be detail and results oriented</span></li><li><span>Interpersonal communication must be excellent, including strong writing skills</span></li><li><span>Must be able to find best solutions and developing methods to improve efficiency</span></li><li>Ability to work in a fluid environment with changing priorities required</li><li>Availability outside regular office hours, when needed</li></ul><p></p><p><span class="emphasis-3"><b>QUALIFICATIONS:</b></span></p><p><b> </b></p><ul><li>4-5+ years work experience in similar role</li><li>Photography project management, including prior management of E-Commerce imagery</li><li>Prior experience managing direct reports</li><li>Photoshoot Pre/Post Production experience a plus</li><li>Workfront or other project management experience a plus</li><li>Experience working in a variety of luxury and contemporary brands</li><li>Fashion Design knowledge and experience a plus</li><li>Bachelor's degree required; Marketing, Photography or other related field preferred</li><li>Ability to multi-task</li><li>Must be detail-oriented</li><li>Must be flexible to easily adapt to changing environments/priorities</li><li>Strong communication skills with various levels both internal and external to organization</li><li>Proven results related to creative process improvements in an e-commerce environment</li><li>Strong presentation skills</li><li>Strong sense of style</li><li>Ability to spot trends</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Apple Creative Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Keynote</li><li>Basic knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator etc.)</li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>This temp assignment has an anticipated length of 3-6 months, but is subject to change based upon business needs.</span> </b></p><p&
