Thats the Power of PVH.</span></p><p></p><p><b>Department Description:</b></p><p>Retail Europe oversees the supply chain for the European stores (Full Price, Outlet, Concession and Franchise) for Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein. The team drives merchandise planning strategies, builds ranges and collections, buys and produces collections for outlet and special capsules for full price, manages the orderbooks and logistics, in-season management and drives strategies to evolve an omni-channel consumer journey. The team environment is dynamic, open and respectful.</p><p></p><p>The Buying & Product development team takes care of the sourcing and supply chain for the European Outlet Collections and International Markets tag on orders. They work closely together with the merchandising, planning and operations teams.</p><p></p><p>The Product Development team manage the sourcing, development and production of all outlet collections. Covering all product groups, both for Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger, including International Markets.</p><p>They are responsible for the end-to-end development of the outlet product, from initial concept through to physical garments, pioneering high quality & product excellence, as well as delivering departmental KPIs. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive margin strategy and optimize product to the market needs.</p><p></p><p><b>Position Description and responsibilities:</b></p><p>The Outlet Product Developers manage the sourcing, development and production of all outlet collections.
