YOUR MISSIONLead the overall product and design direction and growth of Cobra Golf Accessories from brief concept to handing over to the marketing and retail team.
Develop the product range as well as marketing strategies for all Cobra Accessories.
Work closely with Cobra Product, Marketing, Tour, and soft goods teams and align to integrate Cobra accessories into the global product development calendar.
In addition to creating world class accessories, will manage Cobra accessories product creation efforts through interaction with key marketing support personnel, including catalog, packaging, sell sheets, line lists, etc.
Continuously conduct overall industry analysis, market research, consumer research, and competitive analysis.
Key presenter of strategy and product lines to retail partners.
Planning of overall golf product lines that delivers statement product, but also builds in products with price point positioning that drives volume at acceptable margins to hit growth targets.
Create and communicate innovative new product ideas for category growth.
Maintain development calendar and deliverables throughout the season.
Manage product catalog preparation.
Key presenter of strategy and product lines to retail partners.
Manage special projects and athlete samples.
Focus on maximizing both PGA Tour and commercial opportunities.
YOUR TALENTBachelor’s degree in merchandising /marketing, business management or other apparel/fashion related discipline required
5+ years product management and/or marketing experience.
Solution oriented, works well independently and collaboratively, and has a positive attitude.
Credible knowledge as well as technical consumer trends and market dynamics.
General knowledge of golf retail environment. Golf industry experience is a plus.
Technical product knowledge – working knowledge of product development timelines, costing/pricing, supplier capabilities and fabrication.
Experience with Powerpoint, Excel and Adobe Illustrator
Ability to work well under pressure and handle a variety of tasks at the same time and within a dynamic organization.
Passion for creating world class product.
Ability to travel 10-20% global and domestically
The Hiring range base pay for this position is $90,200 - $128,290 + Bonus + Benefits (https://us.puma.com/us/en/puma/careers/puma-perks-resources-and-benefits). Pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
