This role is a part of the Global Product Management Team, which is responsible for driving the product creation & development strategy for an essential part of the Nike Sportswear Mens Apparel product line. Responsibilities of our team include obsessing the needs of the Sportswear Consumer, gathering and translating insights into actionable product briefs, and collaborating with various partners to drive the product development process.
For Nike Sportswear, everything begins and ends with the consumer! The Senior Product Line Manager (PLM) will need to understand our consumer, have a passion for sport style, stay on top of the latest fashion/market trends, identify marketplace opportunities, be an expert in partnering cross-functionally, and be able to craft the right product line strategies to serve consumers and grow the business. They will blend art with science to bring the Nike Sportswear vision to life in our physical and digital retail environments to ensure a premium Brand and consumer experience.
Who are we looking for
As the Senior PLM Sportswear Mens Apparel you will be responsible for all Product Line Management deliverables for the Sport Style Innovation collection. You will work closely with a variety of important partners and critical cross-functional teams to align on end-to-end strategies and processes that best serve the consumer. You'll spend time working with and creating product for Lifestyle Consumers to continue pushing Nike Sportswear Apparel into the future. You will need to ensure that you are driving all areas of the creation process to meet key deliverables each season across a multitude of calendars and timelines.
We're seeking someone with superior fashion & trend acumen, with a passion for apparel product and serving Consumers. It is critical to be an expert at collaboration and enjoy working among various teams. This person needs to have an astute passion for apparel, effective verbal/written communication skills, great presentation skills, the ability to navigate and thrive in a fast-paced environment, and excellent attention to detail.
What you will work on
You will work daily with our design, development, brand, and merchandising teams to create compelling apparel collections seasonally. You will also work closely with the balance of Mens SSI apparel collections, Mens Classics apparel and Mens footwear to develop line plans and implement future product apparel strategies. You will be seen as a leader for the business, expected to keep projects on task and communicate regularly to both internal and external partners. You will work closely with your triad team each week to deliver on product creation calendar timelines, including product briefs, design reviews, external partner reviews and approvals, and sample order management and deadlines.

What you bring
Bachelors degree or higher or combination of relevant education, experience, and training
2-4 years of experience in product-related role
Strong product creation and intuition for business
Creativity and passion for product, lifestyle fashion, sport, color and style
Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills
Strong analytical abilities
General understanding of apparel product construction and sourcing process
Able to lead and influence a team and enable collaborative working relationships
Attention to detail and deadlines
Necessary Skills/Tools: Visual Tool Creation (Powerpoint/Keynote/Miro), Excel Skills, Retail Math, Smartsheets
Domestic and international travel (limited Intl) required (15% of time on the road)
