Experience in the retail / outdoor / fashion channel.! Proven outstanding team management skills.! Clear understanding of how the customer operates in an Omni-channel environment.! Entrepreneurial thinking, a can-do-attitude and an ability to work autonomously.! Strong MS Office and analytical skills ( SAP & BI skills are desirable but also teachable).! An authentic interest in outdoor pursuits – tennis, golf, hiking, snow sports, trail running or climbing.No candidate will meet every single desired skill & qualification.
