A dedicated leader who will oversee a team supply chain analyst, assuring compliant trading company processes that adhere to the physical flow of goods, orders and invoices. Strong in the technicalities of trading company processes, this individual is perceptive to systematic outages, data errors, and anomalies that may displace established processes. They are efficient in identifying gaps, proactive with observations and relentless in the pursuit of issue resolution. WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

You will accumulate in-depth knowledge of Trading Companys buysell processes and its partners, helping to resolve system-centric and data errors to ensure seamless trading companys supply chain processes in SAP. This role will require you to be vigilant to changes of trading company operating processes with GEOs and factories, to pre-empt risks to any non-compliance to established processes. Expectedly, you will be hands-on SAP, providing support to partners, deliver large set data reports for analysis and contributing to complex exception resolution. You will lead a team of analyst, collaborating across various supply chain functions to ensure seamless system processes. It is expected you will lead/coordinate projects.

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?

You are among a team of supply chain specialists and professionals, reporting to Director for Purchase Operations and Analytics. Leading a team of supply chain analysts, you will regularly engage GEO teams, factories and cross functional trading company domain experts (Process Center of Excellence (CoE), Capability, Finance and Treasury) to resolve systematic issues that disrupt the flow of orders, shipments, invoices and payment. There will also be active partnership with technical and automation CoEs in World Headquarter (WHQ) as well as regional support centres to evolve more seamless and touchless processes.
WHAT YOU BRING

Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain, preferably or related area.
At least 7 years of experience in supply chain or related capacity in a manufacturing, trading, or consumer goods industry.
Good working knowledge in SAP R/3 AFS SD, MM modules and/or HANA S4 Retail.
Meticulous, adept in managing large dataset. Proven problem solver with appetite for deep root cause analysis.
Mastery in Microsoft Office business software. Practicing in any data management platform like Cognos, Alteryx, Tableau, Teradata, Smartsheet will be a plus.
Strong leadership traits, team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, with strong sense of accountability, resourcefulness, and drive. A ready mindset for continual process improvement and automation.
