Execute Sports is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative
Some requirements include:
- organizational skills
- must have excellent phone skills
- computer exp is mandatory
- Experienced with Quick Books
- some data entry/input
- assist with administrative duties
Job Summary:
The Customer Service Representative will provide sales support and work closely with retail specialty shops, sales representatives and handle website orders. The Customer Service Representative will handle pre-book order entry, answer a variety of dealer phone calls and provide management with open order reports and other sales tools related to material and information. Office currently located in San Clemente.
Requirements:
This person must be outgoing, have strong communication skills and derive pleasure in problem solving. Other qualities necessary for the position are: the ability to multi-task, prioritize and be detail-oriented.
A qualified candidate must have at least one year of related experience and Microsoft Office skills.
Direct Job Responsibilities:
„X Answer all incoming calls.
„X Responsible for inputting orders pre-book and promo orders into the system.
„X Responsible for Compiling and ordering specialty product for customers.
„X Assist accounts with order related questions and troubleshoot any shipment issues for dealers.
„X Work with Warehouse manager to rectify any mis-shipments to customers.
„X Provide back up support to Executive staff.
„X Generate open order reports on an as needed basis
„X Issue return authorization numbers to accounts and work with the CFO to make sure accounts get credited back properly.
„X Issue credit memos for account adjustments, damaged goods and authorized first quality items.
„X Assist with seasonal projects as necessary- mailings, meeting preparations and tradeshow preparations.
„X Assist with inventory if needed.
Overtime:
Required occasionally.
