WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
As a Shipping Clerk II, you will be responsible for closing out shipments in WMoS.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
Printing BOL and issuing trailer seals for drivers
Using yard management system to direct moves in/out of dock doors
Managing split deliveries and when they are required
Managing carrier appointments
Managing drivers at the truck gate
Validating equipment through use of RFID tags
Investigating, troubleshooting, and/or redirecting carton exceptions at the shipping sorter
Running and emailing administrative reports
WHAT YOU BRING
Minimum requirement 2-3 years warehouse experience
Understand the general flow of the distribution center stemming from one or more prior entry-level distribution center jobs and/or cross-training experiences
Capable of working in computer systems and collaborating with others through email
Effective at cultivating and maintaining work relationships
Effective communication skills
Must be able to:
Read and understand detailed work instructions to complete daily tasks while prioritizing safety
Load, unload, and move heavy boxes and packages weighing up to 50 lbs. (with reasonable accommodation if needed)
Fulfill the physical requirements of the position, which include the ability to twist, bend, squat, reach
