Responsible for bringing apparel designs through the design stage to production-ready products in men’s denim, woven bottoms, woven and knit tops and jackets. Candidate must collaborate with the Designer and Merchandiser and is required to have a strong background in apparel development. Must have experience in fit, construction techniques, grading, knit and woven fabrics, trim development and off-shore manufacturing. Candidate must work closely with multiple factories to develop quality products.
Responsible for all production buys and key account orders from placement to delivery.
Manage all products to meet time-action calendar deadlines, target costing, quality and inventory levels.
Must be extremely well organized with attention to detail. Must be able to multi-task several projects at once, splitting time between development duties and production duties. Experience with MS office required with a strong background in Excel. Adobe Illustrator experience is a plus. Overseas travel required.
