Summary

Grow the e-commerce business, improve the customer experience, manage the digital merchandising, and maintain the technology plans. Generate data-driven market insights and manage relationships with partners.

Oversee design and developments of webshop, m onitor web analytics and internal data sources, m anage and execute marketing and promotional campaigns.

Support marketing objectives and tasks as they relate to key brand and commercial objectives through digital and marketing executions. A hands-on role and critical team member, this person will be based in the Amsterdam HQ.



What You Do



Digital Merchandising (40%):
! Through managing the overall web process, own and execute the product assortment strategy needed to maximize sales, customer acquisition, and retention.
! Digitally curate TOMS EMEA stores (TOMS.COM/NL, TOMS.COM/DE, TOMS.COM/FR & TOMS.COM/UK. through online merchandising, optimizing every page of their site to ensure content, trading, and marketing campaigns are delivered on time and in line with TOMS strategic vision. Launch and optimize all experiences, from the creation of storefronts through to ongoing daily management and updates, ensure the maintenance and growth of customer conversion, acquisition, and retention rates.
! Create a strategic merch plan for website to drive the sales targets, using KPIs to drive informed decisions.
! Collaborate with buying, merch planning, digital marketing, content and UX teams to execute the merchandising strategy and increase the performance of online metrics.
! Own the seasonal product planning, E-com stock management, weekly x-functional calendar from an e-Biz perspective. Ensure that all merchandising, marketing and promotion deadlines are met.
! Lead the execution of digital fundamentals (images, product titles, product descriptions) and other Perfect Digital Store assets (Perfect product pages, shop-in-ship ).
! Strategically plan product collections, pages, content updates, and featured shops based on inventory needs and marketing priorities
! Optimize navigation, collections, search, and homepage.
! Understand the merchandising and promotional levers and utilize this knowledge to create & execute the site merchandising plan across different markets.
! Understand the effectiveness of the merchandising real estate and monitor performance of assigned product category daily.
! Advise with sell in and give input from a merchandise perspective, based on data, trends and performance.



Content and campaigns management (30%):
! Onsite content and campaign activation on all on TOMS EMEA sites; TOMS.COM/NL, TOMS.COM/DE, TOMS.COM/FR & TOMS.COM/UK. Accountable for seamless site user experience and has a clear understanding of onsite consumer behavior, with the aim of driving sales and conversion within these markets. Timely execute TOMS content strategy across merchandising, digital marketing, and UX.
! Regular reporting on website performance and customer experience metrics-optimizing site operations, identifying opportunities, and suggesting strategies to achieve sales growth.
! Daily reporting for web performance-tracking all major KPIs to plan.



SEO, analysis, and optimizations (30%):
! Conduct SEO analyses and enhance strategy regarding products and categories.
! Measure and optimize merchandising and activation impact.
! Maintain an accurate awareness & make decision based on business context, including customer intent, competitive pressures, and internal variables (i.e. branding objectives, stock position, pricing, deliveries, site performance, etc.).
! Conduct analysis and utilize data to guide ongoing improvements to merchandise presentation and performance.
! Track and optimize onsite search.

Qualifications
! Experience in e-commerce back-end (Salesforce, Shopify, GA + excel a plus).
! Expertise in online strategies, user experience, and business development.
! Strong analytical skills, including A/B testing, web metrics, and sales metrics.
! Skilled at web optimization, sales generation, conversion analysis, and creating sales funnels.
! Knowledge of various growth-hacking tools, such as automation and campaign monitoring platforms, SEO factors and key algorithm updates will be considered a plus.
! Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch.
