We are looking for an exceptional candidate to work closely with the Marketing team on campaigns, events, and special projects focusing on the long-term creative strategies of the Tactics brand for our customers, partners and employees through skateboarding. This role will push collaboration across Tactics by being a key voice in skateboarding, building and driving our skate strategy, and helping implement new ideas to the brand.
Responsibilities will include:
• Drive and manage all skate marketing efforts related to the Tactics brand.
• Foster, build and manage relationships, contracts, and scheduling with our Tactics skate team.
• Identify, build and maintain a network of skate industry contacts.
• Identify and execute collaborative marketing projects with key skate brands and local community partners.
• Proactively seek out new events, opportunities, and collaboration of ideas that support long-term marketing objectives.
• Play a key role in the growth of the Tactics brand within skateboarding.
• Manage skate budget, ensuring allocation aligns with brand goals.
