Alpinestars is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to add to its men's clothing sales team.
Job activities include:
Extensive customer care consisting of daily communication with large US account base administrative tasks: order entry and shipping/invoicing sales tracking linesheets calendar updates RA’s & reorders sample collection management/coordination extensive sales reports: booking, shipping, selling, etc. (must be proficient in Excel) daily running of sales team office EDI tracking order management (get extensions, subs, etc) work closely with entire US sales staff to assist in sales cycle work closely with accounting, production, & warehouse manage all accounts including new customer set-up assist in merchandising meetings liaison between Sales Manager & sales staff tradeshow preparation & coordination.
Job requirements:
- Three years’ previous experience in customer service in the fashion industry
- Computer proficiency, as this position entails a great deal of data entry.
- Problem solving/Proactive and suggestive selling skills.
- Strong organizational / interpersonal skills required
- Detail oriented & able to prioritize
- Willingness to travel and to work the occasional weekend. (You may be required to work trade shows.)
- Familiarity with AIMS software a plus.
