The Social Media and Influencer Manager will help lead the content creation, influencer programs and social campaigns across key social channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Twitter, SnapChat) for Murf Electric Bikes product line and customer engagement channels.
Through content creation and distribution, influencer programs, social campaigns and direction of content marketing across key.
The ideal candidate is an expert on social media marketing trends, an active and engaged social participant and an advocate for producing content that will resonate socially. You are ahead of what's trending, and thrive on delivering social experiences that insight action from our followers.
As the Social Media Manager, you are able to oversee all initiatives to build out and execute social strategies, content calendars and relevant, actionable content that speaks to our core audiences' inspiration and aspirational style. Your goal is to ensure social engagement, growth, brand consistency and increased online and retail traffic and acquisition.
Responsibilities:
- Lead strategy, planning, and execution for key social media channels including ongoing/daily brand posts, social campaigns, platform management, and consumer engagement
- Lead monthly social content calendar for key social properties, while working with other team members to develop and implement the content and grow communities
- Serve as the lead Digital Content Producer, developing and managing audience centric and channel appropriate creative in conjunction with the brand team
- Oversee and implement social content strategy with the social media manager across social channels (Instagram, IG - - Live, IGTV, Reels, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, YouTube, SnapChat)
- Develop and implement creative and highly measurable social media programs and campaigns, with user engagement and experience in mind that aligns with Murf’s digital and brand strategy
- Support and grow our influencer programs and collaborations while proactively exploring new partnerships and fielding / vetting inbound requests; managing these relationships from start to finish
- Identify new opportunities for Murf’s Social Media strategy and manage brand positioning across all social media channels globally
- Ownership of all analytics and reporting of social and influencer initiatives; responsible for identifying trends, outlining key learnings and recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders involved in social media, creative, and influencer activation
- Set goals and measure performance of key social media and influencer KPI’s
- Establish social media guidelines for all channels, including all internal and external teams/partners
- Stay up-to-date on new social media tools, best practices, competitive activity, and other social media leaders to best leverage technology and trends relevant to Murf bros
- Be an advocate for the brand
