Who we are looking for?
We are seeking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join the NBHD+SNKRS Consumer Direct Marketing team in EMEA. Reporting directly to the NBHD+SNKRS Marketing Director, you will play a meaningful role in helping to develop and implement the NBHD+SNKRS strategy to drive engagement on the SNKRS platform!
You will be responsible for the weekly programming of the SNKRS app as well as analyzing the performance of our content franchises and fire starters, to identify & deliver solutions to improve our content creation strategy and share standard processes across the wider teams.
Leading workstreams between Nikes internal teams (SNKRS Platform, Content Ops, Launch ops) and key external partners (Creative agencies & Free lancers) to bring our key stories to life on SNKRS in the most premium and inspiring way.
You are a self-starter, high-energy, self-motivated, result- driven individual with a keen eye for innovations, excellent analytical, reporting and verbal/written communication skills to work across teams with varied strengths and partners. Have strong organizational skills and be able to lead projects independently, owning the workstreams from execution to results reporting.
Be thoughtful about the consumer, acknowledgeable about sneaker and street culture but also a sharp understanding of the value of a premium consumer experience for Nike Members.
What you will work on?
As our Consumer Direct Marketing NBHD+SNKRS Specialist, you are a trusted member with the following responsibilities:
Lead the analysis of our content franchises and fire starters to bring insights, gathering data and reporting KPIs. Build keynote presentations with key analysis & clear findings to keep the team updated monthly
Coordinate SNKRS weekly Content Programming workflows between the Core Brand team, city teams, Global and other geos and lead on our content planning tools, ensuring visibility, accuracy and accountability from all relevant teams
Identify gaps and opportunities in our content & engagement strategies and build recommendations to support their optimization. Work closely with S23 team (Global SNKRS team) to communicate our needs and influence our capabilities roadmap prioritization
Support on Tier 1 projects and collaborate with the managers on content and engagement strategy as well as sample management, content planning, handovers and recapping
Lead on tier 2 projects across NBHD and SNKRS from ideation to execution & hind sighting
Lead our Polling strategy and implement it in collaboration with key partners (Platform team, Authoring team, etc)
Support the NBHD integration and represent SNKRS in the weekly creative sessions to find opportunities for collaboration
Ensure adoption for key CBM stories into SNKRS and share insights on their performance
Engage in the Consumer Code process to drive seasonal planning, closely collaborating with the cross functional teams, to drive alignment on seasonal priorities, KPIs, and hind sighting process
Be the key contact person for our SNKRS Platform to ensure alignment between business, and engagement levers
Support in the teams budget management, including monthly tracking and accuracy of POs (purchase orders) built by the team
Who you will work with
You are going to be at the center of our NBHD+SNKRS offense, connected to a broad network of internal partners (cross functional SNKRS Team, NBHD teams, Global, S23, etc) and external partners (creative agencies, free lancers, etc), ensuring clear roles and responsibilities, actionable next steps, smooth communication. Working closely with NBHD+SNKRS teams, cross functional peers and managers!
What you bring:
A successful candidate will be expected to clearly demonstrate and articulate experience of the below crucial requirements in order to be considered:
Previous experience in a digital or brand marketing role
Key stakeholders management skills will be critical to drive clarity in workstreams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (including presentations)
A great balance of Art (creativity and understanding of sneaker culture) as well as science (Exceptionally strong analytical skills and proven capability to use data to drive business decisions & marketing optimization required)
Consistent track record of marketing projects, ideally with a strong focus on cross functional marketing, with good grasp on digital platforms
A demonstrable understanding of the lifestyle marketing and Nikes position within it, in regards to the constant evolution of this industry
A proven track record of connecting with our consumer through insight-led execution of cross-functional brand marketing campaigns
Demonstrated knowledge about creative best practices for digital marketing
Proven skill to manage different workstreams simultaneously and to prioritize work when needed
Validated expertise to absorb a high amount of detailed information, summarize it, and present in a clear and concise way to multiple partners
