As our Sponsorship Business Development Manager for Warren Miller Entertainment, you'll optimize and achieve sales goals with your assigned Category account list.

You'll develop sales forecasts and a strategy to grow sponsor and advertising revenue through the menu of sellable opportunities below.

You'll also work closely with clients to build custom marketing solutions by interacting with our captive audiences.

You’ll then become the day to day contact for select Corporate/National clients, developing and maintaining relationships by servicing the accts.

The more robust sponsor activation will be handled by our sponsor account services team, whom you’ll work closely with. Through your corporate sponsor network you will prospect strategic partners and advertisers for our event properties. You’ll be responsible for generating sponsor proposals, drafting contracts, and ad insertion orders.

• Sell Sponsorships for Warren Miller Film Tour
• Sell Digital & E-Newsletter programs for WarrenMiller.COM
• Sell Warren Miller’s SnoWorld Magazine

Qualifications:

• Motivated sales professional that is ready to hit the ground running and sell integrated sponsorships for Warren Miller Entertainment
• Very enthusiastic, an aggressive self-starter who is creative, resourceful, and demonstrates strong prospecting and communication skills with in depth knowledge of event sponsorships, corporate partnerships, and strategic alliances with a general understanding of the snow sports industry.

• 5 years experience in event sponsorship sales
• Proven sales track record and managing accounts
• Extensive knowledge of corporate partnerships
• Solid network of senior level corporate contacts
• Excellent negotiation skills & ability to persuade/influence people to take desired action
• Ability to prepare, plan and deliver clear and persuasive sales presentations
• Fundamental understanding of digital sales programs as they relate to events
• Understanding of competitive market of ski films and ski racing.
• Exceptional communication skills, including ability to elicit information, actively listen,
dialogue freely, verbalize ideas effectively
• Organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
• Ability to multi task and stay focused while working long business hours
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing/Advertising or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
