Thats the Power of PVH.</p><p></p><p><b>POSITION SUMMARY: </b></p><p>Develops the overall strategy, policies, and standards to ensure the physical safety of all associates, visitors, customers, and vendors throughout the PVH workplace and for the security of property and assets. This role will identify, prioritize, develop, and implement physical security, emergency preparedness and response, travel security, executive protection and investigations.</p><p></p><p><b>PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB: </b></p><ul><li><p>Establishes auditing and inspection protocols to assess, identify and mitigate any security vulnerabilities or gaps.</p></li><li><p>Development of emergency preparedness as well as response plans and protocols for various situations.</p></li><li><p>Assess systems, alarms, and other physical security measures for effectiveness.</p></li><li><p>Designs and delivers company education programs on security policies and topics to ensure management is adequately informed and equipped to manage potential security issues.</p></li><li><p>Directs and develops corporate security emergency preparedness and safety goals.</p></li><li><p>Develops security procedures and training to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.</p></li><li><p>Maintains security equipment such as cameras, alarms, and access control systems.</p></li><li><p>Threat identification, assessment and management.</p></li><li><p>Responsible for executive protection and event security protocols.</p></li><li><p>Maintain travel security and risk assessment</p></li><li><p>Trains and supervises other security personnel to ensure that they are aware of company policies and procedures regarding security measures.</p></li><li><p>Participates in local, state and federal working or advisory groups to keep abreast with all security related information, directives and events.</p></li><li><p>Leads and directs major investigations and critical event responses in coordination with law enforcement and other officials or agencies.</p></li><li><p>Develops security-related standards and policies (visitor management, ID / access credentials, mail and package screening, etc.)</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>QUALIFICATIONS:</b></p><p></p><p><b>Experience: </b>Possesses broad and deep knowledge of law enforcement methods, tactics, and procedures. 10+ years of experience in security management.</p><p></p><p><b>Education: </b>Requires a bachelors degree in law enforcement, criminal justice, security or related discipline.</p><p>Pay Range:
$143,000 - $192,500<br>PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
