Position Overview 



The Elevate Outdoor Collective Senior Human Resources Generalist provides full cycle human resources support to employees and managers: talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, health and safety, payroll. 



Responsibilities 




  • Own the talent acquisition and onboarding process for the organization by:  




  • Creating robust and repeatable TA strategies and processes from job req to 90 days employed 




  • Designing, developing, and executing full cycle recruitment plans and talent sourcing strategies that guarantee the attraction, selection, and successful hire of top tier talent.  




  • Build a robust pipeline of potential talents that will further drive the achievement of staffing goals as well as the business’ overall objectives 




  • Provide exceptional candidate experience; build and maintain a candidate pipeline through vast networking. 




  • Developing strong relationships with hiring managers 




  • Provide monthly recruitment metrics that provide actionable data 




  • Contribute to the analysis and implementation of DE&I priorities throughout the organization 




  • Analyze trends and metrics in order to recommend and develop solutions, programs and policies 




  • Provide guidance to managers and supervisors for optimal and effective performance coaching 




  • Facilitate effective implementation of new people management initiatives in different departments and levels of the business as appropriate.  




  • Manage investigations, employee disciplinary actions, and organizational exits, coaching managers and supervisors through each process 




  • Be a champion of change during periods of organizational culture and business growth and development 




  • Interact with staff both virtually and in-person to understand and respond to needs, answer questions, and provide direction and support 




  • Provide recommendations that contribute to the success of hybrid, in-person, and remote work that meet and exceed organizational needs 



Minimum Qualifications 




  • Bachelor’s or similar degree or equivalent years of work experience  




  • 5+ years’ experience in human resources, or in supervisory role in an organization with limited HR support. 




  • Ability to research, analyze, and synthesize information to form recommendations. 




  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically in MS Teams. 




  • Experience working both independently and in collaboration with teams to drive results. 




  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills across all levels of leadership

  • Outdoor winter sports enthusiast 




  • Open-mindedness and an empathetic mentality with a desire to support our mission. 




  • (S)PHR and/or SHRM-(S)CP Certification.
