Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
Be familiar with latest Columbia brand store design concepts & guidelines by keeping close working relationships with Global Brand Experience Dept.
Implement Columbia brand store design concepts & guidelines for new store (new, renewal or relocation) designs and layouts.
Keep up-to-date CSK store information : location, size, budget, capacity, layouts, etc.
Share new store information for feedbacks & brief to Global on any additional market needs, obtain approval and create/execute the initiatives in line with brand guidelines.
Ensure store opening/closing calendar is up-to-date and all the store design/approval schedules are followed in timely manner for smooth store openings.
Collaborate with Retail & Visual Merchandising functions for optimal & efficient store layout planning and store merchandising.
Manage Store CAPEX budge, accurately record and keep latest forecast for the year. Support annual or long-range Store CAPEX planning.
Keep competitive cost spending per sq.meter. for store building & fixtures.
Manage and develop vendors to ensure consistent standards which are compliant with Global & CSK standards and guidelines.
Make store visits to identify opportunity areas for better shopping experience and keep up-to-date on the competitors & retail market trend.
Minimum Educational/Experience Requirements/Skills
Bachelor’s degree. Requires +7 years consumer facing store design related experience. Supervisory experience not required. Experience in a global company is preferred. Requires the mid-level of fluency in both spoken and written English. Completion of or exemption from compulsory military service is required.
Secondary Functions/Responsibilities:
Envision Consumer Facing marketing opportunities, as well as opportunities for implementing new technologies.
Remain up-to-date on the fast-developing Retail environment in general and new technologies, trends and opportunities.
Perform other duties as assigned
