Principal Accountabilities:
•
Monitor quality, compliance, and regulatory aspects between the company and third-party manufacturers.
•
Manage relationships with contractors, addressing technical issues, schedule conflicts, and quality concerns.
•
Ensure contractors meet quality standards by providing necessary information.
•
Act as a liaison to ensure products are manufactured following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
•
Identify and evaluate potential new contractors, including assessing their financial stability.
•
Coordinate the development of contractor manuals and respond to cost and feasibility requests.
•
Conduct site visits to observe production and testing, ensuring compliance.
•
Support contract suppliers with technical issues, quotations, vendor selection, and evaluation.
Knowledge & Skill Requirements:
•
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or a related field (or equivalent experience).
•
At least one year of related experience preferred.
•
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Knowledge & Application:
•
Good knowledge of a single specialist area through prior study or experience.
•
Applies principles and practices in a recognized professional field.
•
Follows standardized rules, procedures, and operations within the area.
•
Determines courses of action based on guidelines.
Problem Solving:
•
Encounters similar problems requiring fact-finding, clarification, and basic analysis.
•
Solutions are typically found within normal operating processes and policies.
•
Occasionally uses basic problem-solving techniques to define problems and identify solutions.
