The 150 employees are spread worldwide: head office on the south shore of Montreal in Longueuil, Quebec, Canada Burlington, Vermont USA Annecy, France, Europe and Hong-Kong, China. Supported by a strong and passionate team, growth objectives and available resources to achieve them, we are currently seeking for a Social Marketing Specialist. This new teammate will be reporting to the Longueuil Office.

THE MANDATE:
This position will encompass a direct involvement in strategic planning to assure International and national ambassador management. Working closely with the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for the execution of all endorsement responsibilities on both international and national levels.
The responsibilities are:
* You will have the chance to build this brand new concept in Lolë: a Lolë social community based on the foundations of key ambassadors. For this new challenge, you will identify potential ambassadors, negotiatecontracts, facilitate product, maintain budgets, arrange travel, execute “coaching” duties, and act as the primary liaison between the ambassador team and the Lolë and friends program.
* You will assure strategies, development and execution of all proprietary photo and film shoots fulfilling the role of liaison between Lolë and affiliated photograph and film maker.
The abilities required are:
+ If you have University diploma or related education combined with a solid sales management experience and a strong knowledge of the U.S. sport apparel and outdoor markets, you are the person we are looking for.
+ Experience in a high growth environment as well as in the women’s active-wear segment is considered
a plus. Follow-through, competent presentation skills, strong interpersonal skills, entrepreneurial spirit will be requested.
