Confidential Company has an immediate opportunity for a Merchandising Director.
**This is a CONTRACT position, and could become full-time, depending on success of the line.
The key responsibility of this position is to use your history of merchandising experience and knowledge of trends in surf and action sports apparel to create a complete merchandise line plan.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of proven experience in merchandising
- Experience in creating a successful line from the ground up is a HUGE plus
- Proven ability to drive sales through merchandising and understanding retailer needs
- Experience in working with design team, and cross-functional teams to bring line to fruition
**You can be located anywhere within the continental U.S. but must be available and able to travel.
