Nidecker US Inc. distributes premium action sports brands including Jones Snowboards, Yes Snowboards, 32 Boots, Etnies, éS, and Emerica across the U.S. and Canada. We manage a team of 50 employees between Lake Tahoe and Orange County and collaborate closely with our colleagues in Switzerland.

The Nidecker Group, a global leader in snow and action sports, is expanding following recent strategic acquisitions.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Supply & Demand Planner to join our North American operations team to assist with forecasting, and supply planning. This role requires strong collaboration skills, working closely with sales and production teams to align supply with business needs.

Tasks

• Collect and consolidate customer demand and forecasts.
• Create demand plans to meet turnover targets.
• Ensure timely follow-ups with production teams to guarantee on-time fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate demand planning records and reports.
• Collaborate with sales and production teams to optimize stock levels and prevent shortages or overstock situations.
• Assist in preparing reports on demand trends, inventory status, and supply chain performance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain.
• Work with the sustainability team to support eco-friendly material planning initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 4 years in demand planning, supply chain management, or a related field, ideally within the footwear, apparel, or sporting goods industries.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably NetSuite) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• A collaborative, proactive mindset with excellent communication skills.
