NHS, Inc. Licensing Business continues to expand into other categories and regions around the world. This position provides an exciting opportunity to work in the International Licensing Arena.

This position is a key member of the NHS Licensing department staff, reporting to both the CEO and Director of Licensing, working closely and cooperatively with the creative/design, marketing, apparel, credit and shipping departments and other members of the NHS team. This is a full-time, hourly, in-house, at-will employment position.

Job Duties include but are not limited to:
• Manage all facets of order entry & order processing of Licensee sales sample and promo orders.
• Communicate directly with Licensees regarding gathering NHS sales sample order needs, communication related to status, processing, and shipping of NHS sample orders.
• Works with Credit Manager and Shipping Manager regarding payment and shipping of orders.
• Manage direct communications regarding availability & location of new NHS season prebook catalog layouts, Style Guides, and any other assets required by Licensees on the FTP site.
• Attend NHS Apparel Line Adoption meetings for SC & Indy to preview new apparel lines.
• Coordinate receiving, organizing, and review of Licensee Sample Lines submitted to NHS with PLM’s and correspond with Licensees regarding approval status and/or final approvals.
• Manage organization of printed & electronic Licensee archives of color line drawing production handbooks, samples, and electronic archives on the FTP site.
• Communicate directly with Licensees regarding new NHS marketing assets, marketing initiatives, etc…
• Coordinate gathering of annual reports evidencing Licensee’s marketing activities in the Territory.
• Coordinates Licensee visits to NHS or travel to Licensee territories as well as scheduled meetings & presentations to Licensees.
• Coordinate with CEO to minimize legal costs associated with management of Trademark applications, renewals, transfers and oppositions to existing or applied for TM’s.
• Coordinate with Trademark Attorney regarding TM watch communications regarding TM violations and coordinates sending of cease and desist notifications.
• Attend monthly 1-to1 meetings with CEO and Licensing Manager to review and discuss Licensing and Trademark topics.

Requirements:
• 4 year college degree or at least 5 years related business experience (any Licensing and Brand experience a plus). Working understanding of licensing industry, including retail, across different channels of distribution. Familiarity with contract language.
• Must empathize and have patience in dealing with Licensee partners who may speak English as a 2nd language.
• Must have an understanding of International Time Zones & time differences.
• Willingness to learn about International media, events, promotions & tradeshows.
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to details.
• Must be a team player, flexible, and have strong organizational & follow up skills.
• Must be well versed in “Paving The Way” Order Processing (will train)
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel programs.
