Nike Direct is a strategic focus and the growth engine for Nike, Inc. Nike Consumer Direct Marketing (CDM) under Nike Direct brings abundant marketing capabilities to the strategic areas. As a marketing member, you will be part of the efforts to bring best-in-class personalized brand experiences to life under the vision of making sport a daily habit.
As one of the key functions under CDM digital, the vision of Tmall Marketing is to empower Nike Tmall Kids business with the platform-led marketing strategies and contents rooted from GC consumer insights, at their speed. We are looking for talents that have strong passion in sport and also in digital marketing and digital business.
In this role, you will be a part of the team that creates premium and impactful digital content and journeys, not limited to traditional ones, also have the chance to pilot the new ways of digital marketing such as short-form videos and livestreaming. You will be one of the key drivers to know and participate in crafting the creative content from an initial thought to launch on the market.
Responsibilities:
Livestreaming (50%):
* Support Nike Kids instore livestream execution by working with internal cross functional teams and external agencies/communities
* Work with livestream agency on process optimization and sustainable operation model
* Support on Nike Kids long-term livestream strategy building
* Monitor executions, facilitate feedback, communicate successes, and share learnings
Short Video and Channel Management (30%)
* Support the kids short video execution by working with internal cross functional teams and external agencies
* Optimize short video launch journey within Alibaba ecosystem and working process to ensure a smooth & healthy operation model
* Monitor executions, facilitate feedback, communicate successes, and share learnings
365 Story local content creation (20%):
* Assist in seasonal Nike Kids Tmall content creation brief based on consumer insight/market trend/product and execution follow ups
* Lead the launch journey with biz & platform teams, maximize the communication impact by optimizing content journey
* Monitor executions, facilitate feedback, communicate successes, and share learnings
