Guage Clothing is looking for Outside Sales Representatives for all U.S. regions and Quebec and Ontario regions.
The right candidate will be professional, self-motivated, and well organized, with a vast knowledge of the retail snowboard market in his/her regions.
Comments:
· Above average commission structure
· Marketing support, team development
· Promo budget
- Cost sharing for regional and national trade events
- Company-paid bi-annual sales training meetings (we meet in resorts)
· No sample costs for first year.
Responsibilities:
- Implement sales initiatives to encourage and grow sales in your regions
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key retailers. Sales calls to new and existing accounts on a regular basis. (Usually right after national sales meetings are held)
- Product knowledge sessions in-store twice per year.
- Attending regional and national trade events
- In-store merchandising of product and POP displays.
- Scouting team riders, implementing in-store employee incentives, and sponsorship of regional events.
Qualifications:
- A comprehensive understanding of the retail environment in your area, with good relationships with the account base.
- Two years outside sales experience.
- A great personality with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A solid background in snowboarding.
- Must have own vehicle.
