Primary Job Responsibilities:
Work with local sales reps to deliver excellent retailer support including:
• Conduct product clinics detailing technical features of On shoes.
• Check inventory and facilitate fill in orders.
• Support store events with product demos and giveaways.
• Setup and work local expos with retailers.
• Setup in-store merchandising.
• Aid in staffing of corporate events.
• Build relationships with new stores.
• Be the eyes and the ears of the company, providing insight to the On team and local Sales Reps.
Engage local community to create buzz around On brand:
• Build the Sales Program.
• Foster relationships with local active groups and run clubs.
• Develop creative marketing plans and events for your territory.
Embody the On Core Values:
• Put the Fun in Run!
• High energy and passionate about the position.
• Long term visions for the goal of On.
Manage schedule and administrative functions with little to no assistance:
• Book and manage all travel logistics while focusing on cost efficiency and effective time management.
• Document expenses in a monthly expense report.
• Provide weekly store visit reports.
• Self-manage a calendar and territory plan.
